This coutil fabric is imported directly from Whaley’s (WBL Fabrics) and is what the professionals use. It’s harder to get a crisper finish!
Few fabrics are as ideal for corset making than a cotton coutil. Made from 100% cotton in a tightly woven herringbone weave, this fabric is not only strong enough to create corsets but also molds to the body of the wearer thanks to it’s natural fibres.
This coutil is our DENSEST coutil. It has a SOFTER hand compared to the stiff coutil for those who want high quality coutil without the stiff card feel.
It is suitable for dying.
If ordering more than 1 unit, you will be sent continuous amounts of 0.5m units. Ie. 3 units = 1.5 metres of continuous fabric.
