Few fabrics are as ideal for corset making than a cotton coutil. Made from 100% cotton in a tightly woven herringbone weave, this fabric is not only strong enough to create corsets but also molds to the body of the wearer thanks to it’s natural fibres.
This coutil has a softer hand and free from any added stiffening making it great for dying.
If ordering more than 1 unit, you will be sent continuous amounts of 0.5m units. Ie. 3 units = 1.5 metres of continuous fabric.

Thanks to its flexibility and strength, spiral steel boning as been the first choice of boning for corset makers for decades. The flexible nature of a spring follows the curves of the figure without strain but also has the strength to withstand years of wear.
This rolls comes in 10m lengths and choose between 6mm, 8mm and 10mm widths.
6mm has a softer spring, great for extreme curves.
8mm has a firmer feel for ultimate strength.
Use quality tin snips to cut this boning.
Consider purchasing Spiral Steel End Caps to finish cut ends.

Fantastic option to frame eyelets on the back or front of a corset to keep the eyelets straight and secure. Place these bones into the channels directly next to the eyelets to gain this advantage. This is why we sell them in a pack of 4!
